EYWAD Pty Ltd is a small to medium sized, family owned, managed and run company, servicing the construction industry, with eight family members currently active in the day to day running of the business and execution of works on site.

EYWAD is a proud member of the Australasian Concrete Repair Association (ACRA).

Our Experience

EYWAD Pty Ltd was founded 30 years ago, by Managing Director Tom Cully, who has over 40 years construction experience both in Australia and the Republic of Ireland. Tom is supported by his fellow directors and sons, Daniel and Thomas.

EYWAD has over 70 years combined experience in the construction industry in both Australia, New Zealand and the Republic of Ireland. EYWAD has an award winning, meticulous approach to safety, and delivers quality work, on time and on budget.

EYWAD is closely affiliated with Triaxial Consulting Civil & Structural Engineers, with whom, Daniel Cully is also a founding director.

Tom is the founding director of Eywad, starting the company over thirty years ago, and has vast knowledge and experience in construction. Tom began his career as a tool maker making the transition into construction following his relocation to Australia. Tom is renowned for his hard working, can do attitude, his unrivalled problem solving ability, his ability to think outside the box and his extensive knowledge and experience with complex and difficult construction projects.

Tommy has been a director at Eywad since 2009. He is a key member of the team, delivering quality work on time and on budget.
Tommy has a wide competent skillset across all forms of construction and specialises in structural rehabilitation, primarily the installation of spirally wound plastic liner, calcium aluminate cement application and epoxy coating application. Tommy also has vast civil construction experience, working in Ireland operating plant and machinery on pharmaceutical projects, river crossings, flow meter monitoring equipment installation for council water schemes.

Daniel has been a director at Eywad since 2009 and worked with Eywad for over 20 years. Daniel has gained experience in the construction industry, in Australia, Ireland and America, working on various civil, pharmaceutical, industrial and residential projects, under the watchful eye and mentorship of Tom Cully, Daniel father. Daniel, in the past has worked as a leading hand site engineer, and project manager, and is a competent machine operator, steel fixer, carpenter and pipe layer. Daniel has a deep interest in construction and is a practicing chartered structural engineer.

Seaneen has 6 years’ experience in the construction industry mainly in the water / waste water industry and has been working on sewer rehabilitation projects with EYWAD since 2013.

Seaneen is a quick learner, passionate and result driven.

Seaneen is a safety supervisor, responsible for site safety, WHS, procedural compliance and a variety of tasks from setting up worksites, conducting site inspections, undertaking and partaking in audits, monitoring gas and flow levels.
Seaneen is also involved in site co-ordination, loading and delivering materials, accurately complete site forms and all daily activity sheets, ensuring that all variations, modifications and/or adjustments are fully recorded and authorised and ensuring all activities performed follow client safety requirements.
